Controlled commercial pilot

Test SoberGuard in your own operation.

For qualifying commercial fleets, SoberGuard can structure a controlled pilot deployment before a larger rollout. Start with the vehicles, working conditions and policy that define your operation.

Recommended pilot scope: 5–10 vehicles. Pilot availability, scope, pricing and timing are confirmed after assessment. A pilot is not promised as free.

Nine steps, agreed upfront

From the first vehicle review to a rollout decision.

The pilot is a scoped commercial deployment. Equipment, connectivity, installation, onboarding and the available records depend on the written proposal and selected configuration.

Request a pilot
  1. 01

    Fleet assessment

Share fleet size, locations, vehicle types and the process you use today.

  2. 02

    Vehicle compatibility check

Review vehicle compatibility, connectivity, operating conditions and site access.

  3. 03

    Pilot proposal

Confirm selected equipment, configuration, responsibilities and commercial terms in writing.

  4. 04

    Installation

Plan the approved installation and commissioning.

  5. 05

Use the agreed process in the selected vehicles and review available records.

  8. 08

    Results review

Discuss operational fit, available records, exceptions and open technical questions.

  9. 09

    Fleet rollout proposal

Decide together whether a wider proposal is appropriate and what it should include.

Designed to learn in context

Your vehicles. Your operating conditions.

A pilot proposal can consider vehicle type, electrical system, site or depot requirements, connectivity, testing workflow, selected monitoring scope, exception responsibilities and intended rollout.

Defined commercial scope

Pilot pricing is custom quoted.

  • Hardware and installation, where included in the agreed proposal
  • Configuration and platform access, where included in the agreed proposal
  • Driver and management onboarding, where included in the agreed proposal
  • Monitoring or review scope, where included in the agreed proposal
  • Results review and rollout recommendation, where included in the agreed proposal

Pricing depends on fleet type, location, vehicle configuration and selected functionality.

Good to know

A pilot is a decision tool, not a promise of results.

Is the pilot free?

No free pilot is promised. Pilot scope and pricing are custom quoted after an assessment.

How many vehicles should we include?

A typical recommended scope is approximately 5–10 vehicles, subject to assessment and suitability.

Does every pilot include a vehicle interlock?

No. Interlock is optional and must be assessed, selected and included in the agreed configuration.

What happens after the pilot?

SoberGuard can review the agreed operational scope and discuss a wider rollout recommendation. A rollout is not automatic.

Start with your operation

Discuss a 5–10 vehicle pilot.

Share the fleet context and intended scope. The assessment form will capture your pilot request for follow-up.
